The congregation acquired land and constructed the first permanent church building, accommodating over 200 worshippers.
Launched Youth, Women, and Children's ministries, reaching more families and young people in the community.

Meet the dedicated leaders guiding AIC Kongowea
Rev. Dr. Samuel Mwangi has been serving as the Senior Pastor of AIC Kongowea since 2012. He holds a Doctorate in Ministry from Nairobi Evangelical Graduate School of Theology and has over 25 years of pastoral experience. He is passionate about expository preaching, discipleship, and community transformation. Together with his wife, Pastor Esther, they have three children and are committed to raising a generation of faithful believers.
